Techniques that could help in effective learning.

Came across these points while wondering on effective learning. I am not authoritative on this. These are just ideas and no professional claims are being made in this .

Start with a mini breathing exercise

Close your eyes and do a mini deep breathing exercises of 3 or 5 repetitions. This should help us to be in a relaxed mode.

Cross linking the point mentioned.

If we find certain items being explained in the book, try to reverse link the "ITEM" and the "EXPLANATION". Normally we read the ITEM first and then the EXPLANATION, in the first round. Do a second round by rephrasing the EXPLANATION as a question to which the ITEM becomes the answer. This will put us in a challenging mode rather than just a reader mode and makes the whole process much more interesting.

If distracted in between

If we get distracted in between, start with the breathing exercise and before opening the eyes ask ourselves the topic we are reading on. This will help us to get re-engaged to what we had left off.

Take a break in between

The best thing to do is to leave the room, go outside and watch something in distance. This might relax our eyes as well as mind.

May GOD help you in an Effective Learning..........

Negative aspects of Black Tea.

Well, anything in more than moderation is bad.

Just came across this links when I was searching for the ill effects over consumption of Black tea could cause.

A common component of tea that can cause indigestion is caffeine. Excessive consumption of caffeine can lead to indigestion. Although moderate amounts are less likely to upset the stomach, your personal sensitivity to caffeine could increase the tendency to develop indigestion. Black tea is often high in caffeine; according to the University of Maryland Medical Center, black tea has about two to three times the amount in green tea.
